Is BonBon candy Swedish?
Yes. 100% of BonBon’s candy is imported from Sweden.
Where can I find BonBon candy?
You can find us in our retail shops, via our online store on our website, and may also find BonBon original candy such as our sour fish candy at retail stores nationwide. Our retail shops are located in New York City and Brooklyn. Click here to locate BonBon Originals at stores near you. Lastly, you can shop online and have our candy delivered straight to your front door.
Is BonBon a Swedish company?
Founded in 2017 by three Swedish friends, Selim Adira, Robert Persson, and Leonard Schaltz, BonBon has revolutionized American candy culture with their authentic Swedish candies and delicacies out of their New York global headquarters. With four retail locations in New York City and Brooklyn, and a growing e-commerce business shipping nationwide, BonBon is dedicated to sharing the joy of Swedish sweets with candy lovers everywhere.
Do you ever run out of candy?
100% of our candy is imported from Sweden. We try our very best to keep all of our candy in stock at all times. Depending on timing, we may sell out of certain types of candy. Please check in with our online shop or inquire at our retail stores. We try our best to accommodate requests.
Can I work at BonBon?
Our team is always growing. Please email careers@bonbonnyc.com for a position at one of our stores!
Do you have gift cards?
We offer physical gift cards and e-gift cards. Our online gift cards may be found here (link: https://bonbonnyc.com/products/bonbon-online-shop-gift-card) and may be redeemed online only.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday to maintain the integrity of our candy during transit. Delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed at this time, as orders are expected to be delivered up to 1 week after your order is placed. Our team is working day and night to get your order out asap! Please continue to check your tracking number for updates.

The most up to date information can be found on our website and on the back of each BonBon original product.
I have an allergy. Can I eat your candy?
The most up to date allergen information can be found on our website and in our retail stores. All of our products are made in a facility that handles dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and egg. We take extensive precautions to keep our allergens separate from one another and from our other ingredients, however, if you have a life-threatening allergy, please take precaution when eating our product. When shopping in store, please inform our Candy Enthusiasts and they will do their best to accommodate you!
Are your products certified kosher?
Our candy is not certified kosher.
Is your candy certified gluten-free?
We have many flavors of candy that do not contain gluten and are noted as gluten-free. Please use our gluten-free filter when searching for our candy on our website. When at one of our retail stores, please ask a store clerk for assistance.

Are you available for events?
Yes! We offer the following event options: NYC: candy cart, bulk orders, store buyouts, and more. Please fill out this form with more information.
Do you travel outside of NYC?
Yes! Travel outside of our designated area is subject to a travel fee.
Do you offer corporate gifts?

Shipping and Gifting
Does BonBon ship candy?
We do. Simply browse our online store here for nationwide shipping.
Warm weather advisory: Candy will be packed in insulated boxes with ice packs. For warmer temperatures, we recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking information and having someone available to receive the delivery. Once a package is out for delivery, our team is unable to change when or where the package is delivered.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order out within 5 business days, however there may be some delay during holidays and peak sales seasons. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed. You will receive another email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Do you deliver to a PO box?
No, not at this time.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
All candy orders are final. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you contact us shortly after placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee any changes.
Do you accept returns?
We are not able to accept returns.
Can I specify a delivery date?
We are not able to take requests for delivery on a specific date.
What is the difference between local delivery or pickup and nationwide shipping on your site?
If you are near one of our retail stores and would like to order candy for local delivery or pick up, click here. The items will be packed in our classic pink bags or gift boxes. This is the fastest option if you’re nearby one of our locations. For nationwide shipping, please order on our website and we will ship out your order from our warehouse.
